HUELVA WAGEN Audi

Horrible, I need to change a lightbulb, as a tourist there with no tools I came in this garage. The men must have thought that I know absolutely nothing because he said : "Haha sir, we can't change a lightbulb like this, we have to check if it's the cables or something else, we'll do a huge diagnostic for 250€, and you need to add the piece we change." It's not the politics of Audi always, had my Audi at Audi garage in Switzerland and they never did that. And this price is far more expensive compare to Switzerland. Huge nope

I had to come to the emergency workshop and María Del Mar helped me. Her attention and invaluable help were magnificent. The great mechanics expedited their work to give me a quick solution so I could have my car in less than 2 hours. Thank you very much the entire Audi Wagen Huelva team. A real pleasure.

This week I contacted Audi to make an appointment with the workshop, giving me a quote for the maintenance that was going to be carried out. Once at the workshop they receive me 35 minutes after the scheduled appointment. When they go to receive the vehicle, it turns out that they give me double the price that they gave me over the phone, which means that since I live 1 hour from the workshop, it turns out that it has been a trip for nothing. Little formality at Audi Huelva. I do not recommend to anybody.

The attention in the purchase of the unbeatable vehicle, despite the delay everything was great. The problem is when they have to provide solutions. My Q3 started making an unusual noise, so when we checked it we saw that the tires on the car were deformed. In just 6 months with the car they had lumps, which affected the safety and stability of the vehicle. When I called they summoned me and they checked the packages that were visible to the naked eye, their response was that they would process it for me but that they were not going to give the conformity in the guarantee department because it did not cover tires. My question is the following, is it normal for you to sell me a car with defective tires? Well, it is not normal that this has happened in 6 months, and the response has been to throw balls out, they have not solved anything for me, of course I will not buy any vehicle there again

The person who has attended us at the workshop reception (M Mar Domínguez) has been super friendly, he has explained to me in detail each operation that had to be carried out on my vehicle in the revision and its cost, he has advised me at all times regarding to the best option and I have felt super cared for. And always with a smile something to value very positively.
